The service I wanted for myself

I'm Cathy Walters, founder of Cathy & Co, powered by eXp Realty LLC. My path into real estate began with a stressful personal experience in 2006. I learned firsthand how overwhelming a decision this size can feel, and how much clear communication and dependable support matter. That's why I became licensed in 2007: to create the kind of service I had wanted for myself.

South Jersey has been home since 1984, including more than 15 years in Cherry Hill and more than 10 in Mount Laurel. I work with homeowners preparing to sell, buyers, executors and families settling an estate with their attorney, new and experienced investors, and growing businesses looking for their next location.

How I work

I take time to understand what your move needs to accomplish, explain the options and tradeoffs honestly, and give you a clear recommendation. Over the years I've built close relationships with contractors, real estate attorneys, CPAs, estate planners, insurance and home warranty providers, appraisers, surveyors and mortgage professionals, so I can connect the pieces and keep things moving. I want you to understand what you're agreeing to, and our relationship doesn't end at closing.

Community

For twelve years we provided food and clothing to people experiencing homelessness while helping them find and furnish a home. We've partnered with a local workforce development program, hosted a golf tournament whose proceeds went to the YMCA, where I served on the executive board, led outreach for a 4-H club and for our local board of REALTORS®, and helped an animal shelter with search and rescue. Today we're building a school in Ghana. We can't do everything, but we can show up, listen and follow through.
